I spoke to him at length last year.He also guarantees it is written in
such form that it is easily computer programmable but he does it
manually.[So does J.D.Hamon imply this in Spike 35 but I do not know
anyone who has done it and made it work either.]

He has a test account that he says is available from a broker but I
did not pursue it.

Personally I can understand a person selling a system that makes 50%
to 150% per year to raise more capital for their own trading or
ego.But something that allegedly does 10 fold does not need the money
to trade. When I confronted him with this he stated that commodity
trading is only a small per cent of his portfolio and he still
considers it speculative and does use it as added capital.

He used to want all the money upfront and came up with this 10% deal
last year.If I had the time to play with it I would do it on a flyer
since the guy did sound like enough of an ego maniac to me to have
something and compared to testing other systems this money is peanuts.

Sincerely,

John

A friend recently received an offer on a day trading system called The
Supreme Order, published by Xavier Enterprises, and promoted by a
Virgil J.
Dasilva.

Dasilva guarantees his system will work in any time frame and will,
100% of
the time, identify the exact point of origination of all turning
points of
whatever market(s) are traded, (he does not mention when this turning
point
is determined, before or after a trade!).

The program cost $3750 with 10% payable now, and you are to tell the
promoter what market(s) will be traded and you paper trade for four
months
to prove the system works. If, under the system's guidelines, a profit
is
made in this four month period, you owe the remainder and you have
another
four months to pay, which presumably can be paid out of trading
profits.

He states that his record is 9 wins with 12 trades (what about the
100%
guarantee?) in one year with only $1600 in drawdowns and he was able
to turn
$5000 into $51,600.

Just sounds somewhat "unbelievable" to me. Has anyone ever heard of
this
guy and had any experience with him?

Your comments would be appreciated.

Good trading,

John
