The best I can do for you on short notice is "Aug. 21, 1973 the Prime Rate was at a record
9 1/2%. Sept. 14, Banks raise prime to 10%. Oct. 10,.VP Agnew resigns. Oct. 23, Nixon announces he will relase
Watergate tapes. Nov. 2, Record prices for fuels, market ends with biggest DJIA drop
(51.78%) in 23 years".
