Don Fishbaack has left or is leaving "the advice" business to go back and
trade(that kind of tells you something about the state of the markets and
the opportunities for option trading .. or it tells you the letter didn't
sell).

Dave Caplan's writings are pretty good, but everyone I've spoken to
says they "are really out" just to peddle execution services and that the
day to day advice isn't nearly as good as his writings. That is one
of the problems with having to give daily advice.

Fontanils stuff is pretty good and his hedge fund demonstrates that,
but IMHO the seminar is too expensive and you could get the same stuff
by reading Shell Natenberg's book on trading and volatility.

FYI:
About a month ago I spun a question re. any brokers with experience
with the subject system. One response directed me to a broker familiar
who only trades it with $100,000 accounts.Performance summary showed a
net profit of $177,900 and drawdown of $21,700.There were only 56
trades from 4/7/98 to 4/7/99.I was told most people dropped oout due
to the drawdown unless they had a large account.

Comments?
