I second your comments!
I called eSignal this AM at 6:30AM and was on hold for 25 minutes! This has been typical all week with my new account!

As well, their tech people are often rude and defensive.

I am concurrently running FutureSource this month, though I've given FutureSource notice. I'm having second thoughts!! Data speeds seem pretty close though.

FutureSource support has been fabulous, especially by comparison with eSignal, but for other reasons I am having to change from their service. It's mostly to do with running TradeStation & GET off the same feed on an NT box. For anyone interested in those details, email me via RT.

I'd go to Quote.com in a second if they were supported by TradeStation. I hear good things about them across the board. Alas!!!
I went to an eSignal rollout presentation in chicago the other day and after the marketing people gave their dog and pony, a gentleman in the audience stood up and told everyone how although he liked the product the service was terrible. He had recommended it to several friends, all of whom had dropped the service because it often took about 45 minutes to get through to someone in customer service! And given that eSignal was signing up people at the rate of 1000 a month, it was going to get worse! The response from the eSignal people: "That's a long time and its something we have worked on. Right now it is down to less than 1 minute average wait time."

As a test, I called them today, on a very slow day. Time waiting: 7 minutes and counting! I wonder how the 150+ prospects at the roadshow interpreted this angry customer's concerns!
Follow-up:
As posted, I went short Sept. T-bonds this morning at 117-24, and added on
the close at 117-15. I also went long July silver at 490.5 and 489.0.
Unfortunately, I missed out on the long soybeans trade, and I didn't want to
chase it.
According to my work, there should be a hard sell-off in t-bonds into the
close of Friday June. 4, and a longer term down trend into the close of
Wednesday June 30, which is when the next major reversal point is due.
Silver should rally hard into the close of Thursday June 3, which is when I
plan to exit.
