Didn't I read somewhere that a couple of months ago TimberHill had
unexpectedly imposed some pretty stiff add-on fees (e.g. $10.00 per order)
on its introducing brokers for limit, stop, cancel/replace and other
"special" orders on standard contracts (non-emini)? If so, wouldn't this
apply to Refco, EDF Mann, PMB, and other TH IB's?
