  A flag? A pennant? Meaning?

Meaning is We need to have a few lessons, heres the book that gives them.

                                   "Schwager On Futures, Technical
Analysis" by Jack D.Schwager ISBN 0-471-02051-6

It gives very good and numerous real trading examples (200 page section
on real trades using chart formations) and full explanations of the
reasons behind Entry and Exits, Conclusions of all trades, it is laid out
in a way that lets you make a decision based on the formations on charts
then turn the page to see how/what Schwager did and how you might of
done. It serves its purpose which is to educate the reader. A "MUST HAVE"
for your Education retails around $60.00 (below value ?) Buy...

All the best J.S.D

I have a lot to learn about patterns. I am not making any trading
decisions off them, rather I am trying to make sense of what I see and
understand traditional interpretations.

When I look at a 12 month daily chart of INTC, I see a pattern, but I don't
know whether to call it a flag, a pennant, or a wedge. And I don't know
what it means. What is the traditional line of thought regarding a pattern
like this? Again, I'm just trying to add to my knowledge base and I
appreciate any feed back!
