Datek is not a level II firm at all. MB Trading would be an example of a
Level II broker, the differences being as follows :-

1. A direct connection into their servers, as opposed to a browser based
order entry system like Datek. (speed)
2. Level II quotes. (i.e. depth of the market at the Bid & Ask)

Datek do however own the Island ECN, which essentially allows you to buy at
the Bid or sell at the Offer.
