I've been an MBT customer for about a year.  Very, very good on customer service.  Cyber seems to have some bells and whistles in it's package not available in RT3 but RT3 charts are better than Cyber and I'm a chart kinda guy.  I like MBT rate structure better than Cyber's too.  Mostly a matter of personal preference.  You can be happy with either.
