Could they be devious enough to announce a sale. Have prices drop on the
announcement and then buy on the down move.  Do any of you remember years ago
when the Russians canceled their grain commitments, announced a great overage
of production on their 5 year plan and the price of Beans, Wheat and Corn went
into the sewer.  AS soon as the low was hit, guess who stepped in and bought
all those grain contracts, at or near the low.  Do you think the British may
have learned something from the Russians or are they really going to raise
dollars by selling gold?  Ira.
