Sv Bonds: History of Failed H & S Patterns

I like H&S patterns as much as the next person, but i'd respectively point 
out that the long-term chart of the Bond contract is just one Failed H&S 
after the other.... 82 to 84, 87 to 89, 89 to 90, a huge multi year H&S from 
91 to 94, 96 to 97....
