Timberhill has fantastic technology but absolutely the WORST support/help
desk that I have EVER been involved with. They are CLUELESS and
UNRESPONSIVE!! Anyone who trades directly through them without backup is
crazy.

Yes, I have a vested interest in that viewpoint but if you do the homework
and check around you can easily confirm it for yourself.

Apparently the system did go down for some time on Tuesday and investors
with open positions could do nothing.  I know of one person who was long as
the market started to go down and he was told, rudely by Interactive
Brokers
mind you, that they could do nothing and he should have a backup broker!
