Bob,

There is an Omega Users list not run by Omega that is really good and usually
helpful. On that list there are many people complaining about serious bugs.
Omega is supposed to release SP2 (service pack) on May 10. It doesn't even do
things the same way as TS 4.0. Things as seriously as the way it counts up/down
ticks in a bar. Again there have been many, many reports about bugs and very few
success stories. I have been using TS for approx 7 yrs and I am waiting for a
while to upgrade if ever. I am waiting for the releases of TraderWare from Mark
Brown and TradeLab from Bob Brickey. If you do decide to keep the PS2Ki, then
get in writing that you have an extension to the 30 day trial. Their verbal word
is not worth much!!! You can search the archives of the list for past coments
and decide for yourself. There is also a compiled list of reproted bugs on a
site http://www.markbrown.com/bugreport2000.htm

The Omega List
Subscription requests
---------------------
All subscription or unsubscription requests should be mailed either to:

omega-list-request@xxxxxxxxxx

  or to:

omega-digest-request@xxxxxxxxxx

depending on whether you want to subscribe or unsubscribe to/from
the real-time list or the digest version of the list. The content
of both lists is the same, but the digest is sent roughly once a day.

In your mail's Subject: line, say either subscribe or unsubscribe.

You will be asked to confirm your intention to subscribe, to prevent
your being maliciously subscribed to unwanted lists.
