SSI_ACT TEST FOR SETTINGS

done to determine your optimal SSI_ACT setting for your computer. Here is the

<DIV><FONT size=2>CD\OMEGA\PROG\DRIVERS\NT</FONT></DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>Then type in SSIACT</FONT></DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>Press &lt;Enter&gt; when prompted</FONT></DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>It should say,&nbsp;&nbsp;"testing........Activator 
found"</FONT></DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>Wait for a minute and you will get the best 
setting</FONT></DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>Exit MS DOS PROMPT</FONT></DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>Go to START, RUN and type msconfig &lt;enter&gt;</FONT></DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>Click on autoexec.bat tab and edit your SSI_ACT 
setting.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2>Save it, exit and reboot your computer for the new settings to 
be present.</FONT></DIV>

I have incorporated ATR bands into my system for 2+ years now.... and they 
are quite useful.... For stocks I find that 6x ATR is a typical EXTREME 
area.... if your stocks run up or down to that band, you'll want to tighten 
your stops to lock profits.  Occasionally, the stock will "ride the band" for 
some length of time, but just as often, they retrace from those extremes.
