How about pattern, price and time? Problem with some of these markets e.g.
US equities is figuring out what the pattern is and without a clear idea of
pattern it's hard to figure out if the market is primed for more upward
thrust, correction, or failure. Given the lack of convincing pattern
evidence, one might reasonably conclude that a) the trend remains up until
it tells us otherwise and b) the market is at very dangerous valuation
levels. Dynamic Trader is indicating a confluence of time around May 6+- in
both equity and bond markets.
