My comments:
#4: SEB... would not necessary expand in a range-bound market but rather in a 
VOLATILE CHOPPY market, regardless of whether that market was range-bound or 
trending.  In fact, many range-bound markets may see quite low SEB readings 
as the volatility collapses.
#5: Volatility study.....also useful in trending markets  (identifying 
turnaround points in corrections, for instance).
Would u please provide the math behind the "Range Action Verifying Index".
