import data to T.S. 4.0??

I would like to know, if anyone has successfully been able to export 
data from a data vendor such as PCquote or DTN and into their T.S. 
4.0 software using a 3rd party software program that imports the data 
into T.S. 4.0, or if anyone knows any other way to do this I would 
greatly appreciate it. I would rather use a much more affordable 
source, such as PCquote or DTN, than bmi, futures source, or signal, 
which are the few that are compatible with T.S. 4.0 and are much more 
expensive. Thanks in advance for any and all responses.
