I should have thought of this the first time...
I'm getting inundated with "How do I subscribe to XYZ list?" requests.
:-) So here is the info:
For the Code List: go to http://www.markbrown.com/list.htm and
choose the Code-List entry. There are many other lists there, but
I believe the Code-List is by far the most active one.
For Realtraders: go to http://www.realtraders.com/applyrt.htm .
For Omega List: I can't find an authoritative description, but I
believe you send email to omega-list-request@xxxxxxxxxx with the word
"SUBSCRIBE" in the Subject: line. Might not hurt to put "SUBSCRIBE"
in the body of the message, too.
Remember, as always: when joining a new online community, it's a
good idea to "lurk" for a while to get an idea of the local customs
and mores. Be professional and polite in your posts and you will
help to maintain the high caliber of discussions on the list.
