Solely, on that alone isn't a reason to short this stock IMO.  Signal &
BMI are run by the same company Data Broadcast (DBCC).  The way they get
their money is by making customers sign a one year contract.  Customers
who have these services complain a lot but never really change after the
contract is up. ( In my experience in talking with traders).

I remember customers who had Signal online for there Level II quotes
would be screaming at Signal, Signal would always say," its not us, its
your ISP".  If so then the trader wouldn't be on the chat room
complaining.  Because his ISP is still working if hes on the chat room.

Below is a chart of DBCC, someone was good at hyping this one up, all
the way to 50 from 10.
