Re: LOS sqwauk - somewhat off topic

I have used their system diagonostics recently to test out how much signal was
dropping. It only ranged from 1 to 2%, so I felt that my ISP was ok. On
another computer, I got connected and could even mail them back and forth, yet I
didn't get any sound, though a CD would play through my sound card. I never did
find out what caused that problem, but I just switched to a different computer
that had a faster modem and everything was fine.

I could only offer the suggestion that if it doesn't work to try different
modems, re-install the software after market close or even try re-installing
your browser. I had to re-install Netscape from the C drive after getting it
back from the shop once. The fact that it has worked fine on mine shows that
the service is working. I've gotten addicted to it, so I know if it's not
working for you it's like suffering withdrawl.

Hope some of the suggestions above can help.
