A COMPLIMENT TO REALTRADERS FROM A NEW OBSERVER.

I am relatively new to realtraders, but not new to trading.  I have traded 
for about 8 years for myself.    Before that I was in the business advising 
others as a financial planner for about 20 years.   I have been away from 
trading because of an accident and am now getting back into the swing of 
things.   I have been impressed by the wisdom of some of the traders' 
comments.  That tells me that there are seasoned traders out there who have 
paid their dues.

However it is alarming at the questions about trading from seemingly 
beginners.   I hope that they realize the risks are HIGH.   The learning 
curve can be long.  The education and tuition can be very expensive.    There 
are no gurus with all the answers.  There are no books that I have found that 
tell you HOW to win big overnight.   It's practice.  On the job training.   
If someone has found such a book or trading program, please respond.  I have 
seen people loose it all and the whole time they refuse to listen to 
warnings.   It hurts me to see people in that kind of pain and despair.   But 
some guru  told them it was easy.

 When I see messages posted like this  -----(This is meant to be a humorous 
exaggeration) 
  "I am going to do brain surgery this afternoon on myself.   Does anyone 
have a manual that I could use?" 
 I want to warn that person that the successful traders are few and far 
between and were made not born.   They are the cream that rose to the top.   
But I am sure that most of them would admit to lots of blood, sweat, and 
tears.   If someone tells me they made millions without hardship and mallox 
moments, then I doubt that they are real.   They may just be selling 
something.

Like the saying goes,  "  All trading programs will make you money,  if you 
sell enough of them."   
 
There's a lot of bears in these here woods!    I know because when I first 
started trading, I met most of them.  I wish that I had known of such a group 
as Real traders back then.   My trading account would have had fewer losses I 
am sure.   I want to thank the group for sharing your knowledge and 
experience with others.  I hope the beginners realize what they have here and 
heed your advice.
