Jerry:

This trading idea only applies to the stock index futures. I assume that
mot people day trade them. If the market opens strong and is reluctant to
retrace to a level that "we" want to be able to feel comfortable
buying,
what do we do? I have found that if the AD line is 600+ or more, watch
a 3 minute stochastic, if it gives a buy signal this is usually a low
risk trade for a good short term pop. If the AD line is 1000+ and you
have more than 1 hour left in the day, the above method works very well.
In fact you can almost buy the futures anywhere and make money. But I
would wait for a 3 minute (or what ever short term method you may use)
to buy. Unfortunately recently the market has had good up days with
poor breadth, monitor this method in the future when this is not true.
