an indicator</FONT></DIV>

reputed to be</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>best with the bond market, I can go to the database 
and </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>query for the specific condition I want to 
meet.&nbsp; It is a lot</FONT></DIV>
