If you are looking for data to reside on your computer and be charted
Bridge has an end-of-day service for about $35/mo, "Final Markets". I
use this. Provided you pay a year at a time you get a graphing program
and 10 yrs nearest future data and some recent all-contract data, either
free or for $50 if I remember right. Their graphing program has a quite
a few indicators and you can change the parameters in them.
800-526-DATA or possibly 524-DATA is Bridge's number.
CSI is another one that is said to be good. Better contract flexibility
(e.g, continuous contracts) I believe. Dont' know anything about their
charting program tho i think one does come with it. Very extensive
historical data but I think there's a $300 start up fee?
I believe Bridge has a net based service also (crbindex.com) where you
can look at the charts without the data residing on your computer. I
don't know much about this service. Commodity Trend Service also has a
web-based chart service (trade2000.com ?)
[no relation with these ex. as a customer. of Bridge]
