I replied this earlier to one writer and now I'll say it to all of you.  This is
way off the subject of trying to make a little money in the auction markets.
However, IMHO our involvement in Ksovo is just another example of the movie:
"Wag the Dog" with Clinton being the star.  Also, we do get one benefit:  the
generals get to try out their new toys and get rid of the obsolete ones witrh
having to file an environment statement.  Dan C.
