Your total rejection of the argument sounds very like the difference
between a day trader and a position trader! All it proves, is like the
market that for very every buyer there is a seller - but in truth both
might be winners in any particular trade, especially if one was a day
trader going in and the other a position player coming out, or vice versa!
By the way, I wrote the manual on the way I trade and the tools I need, as
a day trader, and they do not include the lagging indicators used by
position players. I am not going to rake over the coals, but I stick by
what I said. But I do agree that a manual on position trading would be
entirely different and I would expect the author's views to be very
different.
