Jack et al,

This indicator is availible for free at http://www.omegaresearch.com/ as an
.ela file that can be imported into Omega Research products. All it tells
you is that some number of bars are higher or lower  before and after a new
high or low. Either they are less then if the bar is high or greater then if
the bar is low.

A word of warning it does not plot until the number of bars in the strength
have elapsed so if it is set a Strength (6) it wont put up a signal until 6
bars have gone by. That's why I have used it as a signal that warns of an up
comming cross over of the DMA.
