Please Re-read the message. You will see that it is not an attack, simply a
warning. If you are such a great proponent of Bill's manual then why didn't
he send a list of such people when I specifically asked for references? Your
name surely would have been on the list.

 Again, it was not an attack but a warning intended to help people and
perhaps keep them from been taken by people selling overpriced common
knowledge.
