Since you seem to be emphasizing fundamental rather than technical analysis,
I would recommend passing on the TA software. You should be able to find
delayed or real-time stock charts on any of a dozen or so internet sites for
very low cost - quote.com, mytrack.com, and wallstreetcity.com come to mind.
wallstreetcity also includes lots of FA data and search tools.
