Zaheer, you might check out using a Nevada corporation setup.  It turns out,
according to the Wade Cook seminar I attended a year and a half ago, that
Nevada has some very interesting laws for sheltering income and trust
accounts.  Beyond that, deponent sayeth nought!  :-)  Dan Crockett
