The point is he has to do that, otherwise, his measurements of low to low,
low to hi etc, will fill many many pages.. and of course, he is trying to
sell his information.. I was sounding it off to see if its worth 200 buks..
probably not! For I have yet to find a book that would help me with my
trading except for Jack Schwager's Market Wizard.
Anyhow, I decided that every lows and highs in a chart are important. And I
measure every lows and highs.. It does show me something.. but I realize
something. The problem with this setup is who will know the B point be...
Someone said I have to have C in order to have a B. I guess one could
assume where the B point be with some kind of rules to follow..
I thought the exactly same thing you did, but it turned out that it really
does not matter that much becuz even if you measure the not important lows
to lows, it will still come out the same.. The Ratio is the same.
Before we dismiss this fella's statement, we first need to wear his shoes..
if the shoes do not fit, we then can brush him off..

Respectfully yours

The guy seems to ignore significant bottoms and tops in favor of using
those
which support his hypothesis, then he appears to throw his symmetry out the
window by using bottom to bottom + bottom to bottom to prove bottom to top.
