Thanks to everyone for their responses regarding exchange fees, but I am not
sure what some of the responses relate to. Earl indicated in his post that
he insisted on commissions being all inclusive. The fees that I am referring
to I think are charged by the real time data provider -- at least that seems
to be case when you see there ads and get their quotes for providing real
time data. Is the fee a flat monthly fee that varies by exchange? Is it
only imposed if you receive quotes from that particular exchange? Is it the
same whether you get 1 quote or 100 quotes?
