Old trading methods?

  This week I have been going through and throwing away at lot old ads,
articles, magazines etc. that I had kept over the years.   Two that caught
my eye are listed below!  I would like to know if users of this forum have
or know anything about them?

   1.  Time Dynamism by Will Hobbs  
   2.  PEPS Precise Entry Point System by Ramesh Vaghela

   Any information about these would be very helpful!!!
   They are from the early 1990's?

   I don't believe they are being sold now?
