I purchased futures version last year and although the basic concept seems
good, the software is very buggy.  The latest release (Ver 3.5) did not fix
any of the things I was having problems with.  Customer support is awful.  Ed
Downs (CEO and developer) pushes contacting him for support.  Thus far I have
sent him at leat 5 e-mails and/or letters and have never received a response.
My last was certified, return receipt so I am waiting for that now.  I too
would love to hear others' comments.
