yes I took the course . Ned teaches some important lessons and is certainly a
seriuos student of the markets and when i went to his trading office he
seemed like a very genuine and honest person. He obviously made money traiding
or had money from some other source since unlike other tutors i have studied
under he actually has office space for trading seperate from his home in an
expensive little town in long island . Ed moore for example does not or did
not when i met with him and it is the same with the R.S. of Houston folks or
was a few years back.
However . I was not able to make money using NEDS methodolgy which was at the
time continuously evolving and is inherently subjetive and I could never nail
down the trades he was or wasnt taking before they occurred and came away with
the fairly strong impression that he was not always taking the trades he
stated. There were just too many times when i would call him and ask what he
was about to do and it concurred with my understanding of the method and I
would take the trade which ended up a loser and talk to him later in the day
only to find out he changed his opinion of the market between the time I
called and the time the trade took place and he therefore missed the loser .
NOW it is certainly possible i may have been wrong about this but after
following the method for a while and calling him before and after trades it
was my personal opinion that i could not trust what he was or was not doing
. It is also quite possible I am a lousy student . The reason for so many
caveats is my later impressions were 180 degrees from my first impressions of
him and he is such a likeable guy.
One last point ..
I saw another email saying he has a free trial so why not try it. I did and it
turns out it was meaningless ..maybe he has changed but at the time it was
always after the fact.
