In the Subject box type: Realtraders Digest
'Body' - To turn ON digest, type: "set realtraders mail digest" (without
the quotes)
or
'Body' - To turn OFF digest type (or switch back to the regular format):
"set realtraders mail ack" -- (without the quotes)
(Note - You DO NOT need to follow the 'Unsubscribe' proceedure
when switching to the 'Digest' format...it is automatic!).
