Forgot to mention that I know someone who went to Van Tharp's
intensive one on one sessions. He's still the same guy he
was before he went.
At the risk of creating the wrong impression (I don't have a problem
with alcohol, gambing etc....only trading<G>) you might SERIOUSLY check
out a 12 Step Group. The process forces honestly with one's self
which hopefully results in a sort of spiritual transformation. Don't
take my word for it read "A Skeptic's Guide To The Twelve Steps"
by Phillip Z. a pseudonym for a psychiatrist in private practice in
the San Franscisco Bay Area.
