Any RealTraders familiar with the requirements relative to putting a small
(less than 15 people) group together as a limited partnership, and trading
futures, all markets? I've heard different, conflicting statement regarding
this. Would I need to be registered as a CTA to share in the profits?
I would be the general partner and sharing in the profits through a specific
percentage.
Any comments would be appreciated.
