Re: Blue or Red Moon=$$$

I have heard an awful lot about the gravitational pull of the moon. This
might suggest research of the tides, like
when you are in a coastal area, the sun and the moon lign up and high tide
is extra high, this affects peoples'
cycles. Too bad there are no tide reports for Kansas. However, you could
probably figure out the lunar pull factor for just about anywhere. This is
physical effect! Just what physical effect full moon has, I'm not sure of,
except seeing the moon at night at its peak of brightness might affect your
behavior. Check out this site:

http://www.programtrading.com/fullmoon.htm . A quote from there regarding
stock market/full moon patterns.

"Only once in the past year has holding puts right after a full moon not
worked very well. That full moon was also a "Blue Moon", proving once again
that that old saying of "once in a Blue Moon" really is something unusual."

I remain quite skeptical, however, about "blue moon" as this pattern is due
to the arbitrary human calendar and how it clashes with lunar cycles.
Blue moon effect would have to be a learned, humanly made up effect. But
if it happens regularly (say, it was found to be a bad time to hold puts) it
must somehow be affecting crowds of people. This would be useful for a
trader to know, not just speculate about.
