A way to trade the market without the time decay in options is the pro
funds. These generally go twice the speed of an index and if they are
margined about 4x.
The Profunds did a reverse split today and this is
a benifit to all because:
The Bear funds will still be over $5.00 and optionable.
The Bull funds will be a higher number and pricing will be more
accurate because share prices only go out to .01.
If you own profunds your account balance may be a bit off for a few
days. It is best to ignore this for a week or so when all should be
back to normal.
