I'm starting to put some pieces together and here's what I suspect. All
users of the TimberHill Trader Workstation which connect via the internet
were affected by router problems at TH's end. Users which connect via leased
line, including quite possibly brokers such as PMB, FTG et al) which
front-end the TH system with their own computer and browser based software,
were probably unaffected by the internet related problems. TH has confirmed
to me that they had router problems (I'm assuming these are internet
related) and indicates the problem has been fixed. If so, we should expect
reliability to return.

------------
The connection problems on Friday and today were caused by router problems
on our end. We have replaced the router and this disconnection problem
should be solved. Please let us know if you have further questions. Have a
great day.
