Sounds like you have a good argument, but first you must do something more
important: DUMP LFG! Too many people on this forum have discussed problems
with the service associated with CUBS, including me. there are
alternatives. Look at historical thread and you will see what options you
have, or email me and I will again disclose how happy I am after switching
from Futures Online, a division of LFG. I had a similar situation to you
which caused me to bail!
