I have been using MyTrack R/T for the last six months. A real good product
especially when you can use the delayed for free to see how you like the
overall MyTrack product. I too saw the TASC ad and was curious since I was
thinking about using AIQ. The TASC ad is not crystal clear - perhaps on
purpose or perhaps because of the numerous plans MyTrack has. MyTrack has 4
plans: Basic (Free), Silver ($20), Gold ($40) and Platimum ($95). It is my
understanding that the $79 mentioned in TASC is for the Silver plan. Too see
what the Silver plan entails you need to go to the web site (www.mytrack.com)
as there are add-ons to the Silver plan such as Dynamic L2 ($40), Dynamic Time
& Sales ($20), Dynamic Options ($15) and Futures ($15) chains. The Silver
plan gives you space to track 20 symbols in R/T. To get an additonal 80
symbols it'll cost another $10. Also from what I understand AIQ intraday data
is limited to 2 - 5 days of data. Whether this is 3 days data and two weekend
days I don't know. Prior to shelling out any $'s, I woud visit the MyTrack
web site and then call the AIQ folks.
<< For the past year I have been using Signal Online and MS Pro. I don't have
any problems with the software or my feed. I am intriguied by the "My
Track" and AIQ offer. AIQ is offering their TradingExpert Pro for free
with a subscription to the real time feed. On the surface, it looks like a
reduction of close to $100 a month (compared to DBC'Signal) and as a bonus
you get unlimited end-of-day and historical data via Dial/Data ( not to
mention the readers choice winner in the AI software category). There's a
big advertising layout on page 16 & 17of the bonus 1999 issue of TASC.
