down move. I also have a set-up for a high probability sell signal today,
although to activate the sell would require taking out yesterday's

Does anyone think that because of Starr's possibly damaging testimony
today against Clinton, that Greenspan may come to his rescue with a rate
drop?...he has done it before....conspiracy theory
