Well my number of 1138 was hit today in teh Dec S&P. Everything looks
over bought but there is no downside projection at this time. 80%
probability of 1147.80 as next stop and then 1177.7 with a 70%
probability. Both numbers good as long as 1065.50 holds. Ira.
