Sorry Steve but you are incorrect. There are a number of brokers who will
trade SPOT FX in sizes as low as $150/250 on 3% margin with a for example
5tick bid/ask in USD/DEM. I suggest you try CMC which is based in London.
Many other Brokers in London will do this kind of business.
