Well put!!!
The whole "insider trading" stuff is a load of crap. ALL the big boys
profit from insider trading. I mean it's real hard for attorneys (and
others) to have off shore accounts and buy the heck out of a comany
they are working as a takeover. Yeah right.. real hard. How do these
people with Million dollar a year incomes have 20 million dollar homes
in 10 or 20 places around the world??? I remember quite a while ago
saying "How many yachts can you waterski behind"? Much to my amazment
I found that lots of people have SEVERAL 15 to 40 million dollar
yachts around the world. The insider trading laws are just there to
keep the little guys at bay so the "big guys" can chow down. What is
it the Queen Mother says "Only little people pay taxes". I surmise the
"Insiders" (the ones listed in Barrons, WSJ, IBD, etc.) are true
insiders who have the "insider trading"
mainly to themselves.

Gary
