Gen: $50 for signing up w/E-Trade Question

I have been thinking of signing up with E-Trade to day trade the OEX. They
are offering a free signing gift of $50 to do so. 

My question is whether or not their service is sufficiently fast enough
when reporting fills in order to effectively day trade the OEX options?
