Edward and Magee Technical Analysis of Stock Trends, written many years ago,
is still considered the classic. It has been updated numerous times - I
purchased the 6th edition ($70) at Barnes and Noble some years ago and have
many, many tabs placed on pages to mark key reference points. Wyckoff also
did a lot of work with patterns. I ordered a paperback ($20) on Wyckoff's
work a couple of weeks ago from Technical Analysis of Stocks and Commodities
magazine but have not received it yet.
