read some books on options
the best trading option advice for me was
if a commodity or stock is not trending you do this example:
say price is at 35
you sell 40call and buy 45call
you sell 30put and buy 25 put
this is a credit spread that will expire worthless and you get to keep the
credit
it will work 8 month out of 12
