Re: books on currency

Schwager - Market Wizards and New Market Wizards

Both books help to bring the reality of trading in focus without getting
bogged down in specific technical or fundamental anaylsis. They also have
just enough trading tips to keep a gung-ho beginner interested. Of note to
your friend, there are some sections on currency traders. I keep both books
on my desk with highlighted phrases that I go back and reread whenever I
start to think I know more than the market does.

I would suggest to your friend that they learn about a traders mindset first
and market anaylsis second but each person must go through their own
process. I always found that books are a cheap way to an get education while
bad trades provide very expensive lessons.

Good luck to your friend.
